Adhiguna graduated from Trisakti University, Indonesia and obtained Master of Laws degree in Economic Law from University of Indonesia followed by Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Maritime Law from the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, University of Oslo, Norway, where he served as the President of Indonesian Student Association in Oslo, Norway.

Before joining the firm, Adhiguna built his career starting from as internal counsel for the largest multinational pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, and at a reputable law firm in Jakarta.

Adhiguna has worked with and advising numerous Clients on corporate matters as well as litigation. From due diligence reviews, mergers and acquisitions, to his specialties in the areas of oil and gas, employment, shipping, and intellectual property rights. Tirta Amarta Group and PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk are to name of a few of Clients served. Adhiguna is also an experience Receiver/Administrator, involved in several high profile restructuring and/or bankruptcy cases such as PT Namasindo Plas and Koperasi Cipaganti Karya Guna Persada.

Apart from the above, Adhiguna actively sharing his expertise and provide training for the Indonesia Ministry of Finance. He is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), a Certified Mediator from Indonesian Mediation Center (PMN), admitted to practice as an IP Consultant, and a registered and member of Indonesian Association of Receiver and Administrator (AKPI).
